REFUNDS & RETURNS

All of Midnight Candles products are handmade with you and your home in mind. Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or returns.

If you have any questions or concerns about any of the products you have ordered, or feel like you have received a defective product, please send an email to info@midnightcandlescompany.com with your order number, a picture of the product you received, and any additional information you can provide. 

EXCHANGES

Here at Midnight Candles we understand that shopping for scents online is not easy, however, we provide detailed description of each scent and a list of fragrance that go into each product with the hopes of creating a clear expectation of each fragrance.

We can offer an exchange for any unburned candle within 7 days of the delivery date, however, the candle must be returned in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges, plus an additional 15% restocking fee.

To complete your exchange, we will need you to provide:

  • Your Order #

  • Which items you would like to exchange

  • Images of your product

Next, we will send you an invoice for the restocking fee, return shipping charges, and the replacement/exchange shipping charges. Once the invoice has been paid, we will send you a shipping label to use to return your product. Once the product has been received by Midnight Candles Company, your exchange order will be processed and your new product will be shipped to you.

Any products that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for an exchange. 

Any discounted "sale" item/items purchased by you, is final, and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

ORDER ERRORS

We inspect every order before it is packaged up and sent to you, however, occasionally mistakes may happen. If you are ever missing an item that you ordered, or if you have received the wrong item please send an email to info@midnightcandlescompany.com containing your order number, a picture, and any additional information you can provide, and we will send out the correct items to you promptly at no extra charge.

SHIPPING

Midnight Candles works with trusted carriers, however shipping issues such as damage, late shipments, or lost shipments can happen. All shipping issues are subject to the carrier and claims should be filed with the carrier for damages, lost shipments, late shipments, and the like.
